Tweet Reveal allows visitors to discover Twitter users while browsing the web.

A notification will appear in the address bar if a link or user name for Twitter is found in a web page. Tweet Reveal works in the same fashion as the RSS icon. Clicking on the Twitter icon displays a list of @users in the page. From the popup menu the visitor can view each individual Twitter user page in a new tab.

UnMobilize This! iPhone bookmarklet for Google Reader http://www.omarrr.net/items/view/65

If you are familiar with Mobilize This! bookmarklet, you'll see that UnMobilize This! does the exact oposite: Transforms a url formatted for mobile phones into a regular url pointing to the original source:

From: http://www.google.com/gwt/n?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.wereact.net

To: http://www.wereact.net

Although it can be used with any page formatted for phones via "http://www.google.com/gwt/" url, I find it most useful while reading feeds from Google Reader.

I like to use the Google Reader webapp for reading RSS on the web. However, when I browse to one of the entries I always get the mobile version (makes sense). I found this problematic when I want to forward the link or when I want to tweet the url. In these cases I rather use the original address.

To install drag the link below into your favourites in Safari / IE browser and sync with your iPhone.

UnMobilize This!

Step 1 Fire up Google Reader or a web formatted for mobile in Safari.

Step 2 In Google Reader, go to one of your feeds and view an entry.

This is how a regular entry post will look like when is formatted for mobile devices:

Step 3 Select UnMobilize This!

...and you will get the original post

That's all. Now you can forward/tweet/etc the page without the google prefix.
